Technobabble is an Arcade-style Action Rhythm Platformer. I served as the chief Technical Artist, creating particle systems, material effects and effect models.
The main particles of the game are characterized by emissive hues, employing a vibrant arcade style. Other particles made through simulation moved to a more realistic style.
Material Effects and Shaders were made with parameters to allow for dynamic material instances for use in different circumstances, such as different times of day.
The effects in context all have energetic visuals that work to support each other.
